D-Feast Friday - Cinnamon Pancakes!

Cinnamon Pancakes

Whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 cups
Baking soda, 1 tsp.
Splenda, 2 tbsp
Milk, 1 cup
Eggbeaters, 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp.
Cinnamon, 2 tbsp. 

Mix flour, baking soda and splenda in a bowl.  Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Beat wet mixture into dry mixture. Stir in cinnamon last.  Serving size is 1/3 cup.  

Makes about 8 pancakes.
