Here is what I have come up with so far:
- Multi-grain cereal with strawberries or blueberries on top.
- Breakfast burrito (whole grain tortilla) filled with cheese, some orange slices with milk
- A cereal bar high in protein, apple slices with glass of milk
- Scrambled eggs with cheese along with grapes and milk
- Blueberries with vanilla yogurt and a slice of whole-grain toast
- Whole wheat bagel with cream cheese and some yogurt
- A fruit smoothie blended with strawberries, blueberries and a scoop or protein powder mixed with yogurt or milk.
- Cottage Cheese w/low sugar jam sprinkled with grapenuts
So that's my short and sweet list. I wanted the meals to be pretty quick and easy since Lovebug doesn't like to wait very long for her breakfast after she wakes up.

Joe loves whole wheat toast (crust cut off - lol) with butter, PB, and 1t of honey...and a 1/2c of milk. Great breakfast tips Heather!
FANTASTIC tips, Heather!!
Thanks for sharing! I may have to use some of those. =)
We often do pancakes with peanut butter or cereal with toast and peanut butter.... Sugar Boy LOVES his PB so its easy to slip it in as a high fat protien whenever one is needed. =)
Looks like our mornings....minus the gluten, of course ;)
Your breakfasts resemble ours. My kids eat a lot of yogurt. I swear they subsist on yogurt. They've been known to eat a spoonful of peanut butter, too. They also like the EAS AdvantEDGE carb control ready-to-drink protein shakes in chocolate fudge.
Justice is pretty picky, but school days they eat in the car. We do all natural whole grain mini pancakes with either a yogurt or a protein bar from Z bars, theyre awesome..
weekends, whole grain toast eggs, turkey sausage and salsa :D
